Behavioral Testing & Assessments

Assessments are used to improve communication skills, develop leadership competencies, decide a new career path, or understand the best sales strategies. Affinity HR Group uses assessments to analyze job requirements to help find the best match in a new employee, to help our clients work more efficiently as a team, and to help employees communicate clearly with other employees or with clients.

Assessments help increase efficiency in teams, reduce turnover, improve communication, reduce workplace conflict and stress, identify best employees and grow them, and hire people ideally suited to the job.

Affinity HR Group’s menu of assessments is designed to assist with all levels of employees and all employee testing needs.  They are legally valid for selection and hiring.

DISC Behavioral Style Assessment

DISC is built around four unique behavioral styles, and how the unique qualities of each impact the way we approach people, tasks and the entirety of our daily lives. While a typical person may have one or two dominant characteristics, it’s the combination of the four components of DISC that defines a person’s behavior. The four components of DISC create a “behavioral makeup” unique to every individual. DISC Assessments:

  • Reveal personal style preferences
  • Demonstrate key strengths and weaknesses
  • Predict similarities/differences in other styles
  • Provide coaching and communication tips for ongoing enhanced awareness
