DISC Behavioral Style Assessment

DISC is built around four unique behavioral styles, and how the unique qualities of each impact the way we approach people, tasks and the entirety of our daily lives. While a typical person may have one or two dominant characteristics, it’s the combination of the four components of DISC that defines a person’s behavior. The four components of DISC create a “behavioral makeup” unique to every individual. DISC Assessments:

Emotional Intelligence Inventory Assessment

Emotional Quotient (EQ) measures emotional intelligence, or your ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate high levels of collaboration and productivity. The Sales Skills Index shows how respondents stack up to proven sales professionals. Respondents are presented questions that portray “real life” sales situations to determine their sales expertise.
